We know your mind is moving, now let’s work on some physical exercise. Certified trainers from O2 Fitness are on-site at The Hub Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to help tenants of all skill levels and physical well-being. Be sure to bring water, a mat, and a towel with you. You must sign and turn in a Fitness Waiver before using The Hub's fitness equipment or participating in any group classes.
- Monday: Strength focuses on cardio intervals, sculpting exercises for the legs and upper body, and core strengthening and conditioning.
11:30 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Instructor: Chris Mitchell
- Tuesday and Thursday: Bootcamp is designed to help improve your overall fitness level by incorporating different elements of strength and interval training combined with plyometrics, endurance, and cardiovascular exercises that help to burn fat while building muscle needed to perform at peak levels.

Classes can accommodate up to 25 people. Signing up online is preferable but not necessary.
A few words about the people who are going sculpt you into a better version of yourself:
Chris Mitchell: Chris has a Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University, with a certificate in Gerontology, and a BSW from Siena College. She worked several years as a clinical social worker in hospital-based care and physical rehabilitation. She has been a fitness instructor (teaching many different styles…weight training, cardio intervals, high intensity cardio, cycle, core and inner strength, boxing, etc.) and a trainer for 10 years, and has several fitness training certifications. Her first passion is teaching group fitness, but she also enjoys working one-on-one with clients, has provided sports conditioning and plyometrics to several local teams and groups, and volunteers regularly in schools and in the community, educating and encouraging fitness, good nutrition, and wellness. Chris is a regular contributor to Wake Living Magazine, periodically writes for Midtown Magazine, and has appeared on The “Carolina Today Show.” Outside the gym, Chris enjoys hiking, kayaking, and running, and being with her husband and two children.
Don Bernoudy: Don creates effective programs for every fitness level from beginner to athlete based on individual’s specific goals and abilities. He has been a sought after fitness professional since 2005 helping hundreds of clients meet their personal goals. He holds a strength and fitness training certification with the Poliquin International Certification Program (PICP) and has recently completed courses with the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). Don aspires to educate his clients ensuring proper form during training sessions and offering nutritional guidelines and supplementation recommendations.
Group fitness not your thing? Lace up the sneakers and hit the KTP one mile walking/running trail around the office park. Or get a game going on the new KTP basketball court located between the Tech 8 and Tech 9 buildings by the South pond. Bike racks are also available throughout the property.
